Delivery Options

Once you have placed your order through our website, you have the following choices with regard to delivery: -

Please note:  The postage charges are UK flat-rates only

1. 2nd Class Recorded Delivery

All orders over £80 in value are despatched free of charge. For orders under £80, there is a standard UK flat-rate delivery fee of £5.00 per order. Under this option: -

  • your order will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class.
  • a signature will be required at your end on delivery
  • the delivery time under this option is an estimated 3-5 working days.

2. 1st Class Recorded Delivery

If you require a faster service, the delivery fee under this option is £7.00 per order. Under this option: -

  • your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
  • a signature will be required at your end on delivery.
  • the delivery time is an estimated 3-4 working days.

3. Special Delivery

This is the fastest option, for which the delivery fee is £9.00 per order. Under this option: -

  • your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • a signature will be required at your end on delivery. 
  • the delivery time is an estimated next working day.

Notes

Please note the following: -

  • All goods are subject to availability.
  • The above delivery times relate to daily online orders placed by 10.30am (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after this time, will be treated as having been received the following working day.
  • Delivery times are subject to delay during the peak period between 10th August and 10th September. Items required before the start of the new Academic Year in September should be ordered by 1st August.
  • If we cannot fulfill your order within 30 days we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of an expected delivery date.
  • You are free to cancel an outstanding order at any time.
  • In the unlikely event any goods we deliver are damaged in transit or if you are delivered incorrect items or an incorrect quantity, you need to notify us within 5 days of receipt. If we receive no notification, you are deemed to have accepted the order as perfect. Otherwise, we will try our best to replace the item or make good any shortage to your reasonable satisfaction.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for consequential loss resulting from failed or late delivery by Royal Mail.
Subject to the above, we will try our best to get your order to you by the time you need it.
