Returns & Exchanges
We offer a full 'no quibble' replacement guarantee. If for any reason you want to return an item purchased from our website, you can do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that the goods returned must be: -
- In their original (ie.saleable) condition.
- With all original tags and labels attached.
- In a new and unused condition.
- Accompanied with original proof of purchase.
To help us process your return as efficiently as possible, please follow the procedure below: -
- Place the item(s) in a suitable envelope or packaging and send back to our address (see left).
- Remember to include your receipt/proof of purchase and a copy of your original Google Order, with a short note indicating which items are to be exchanged or returned.
- We cannot be held liable for items that get lost in the post or do not reach us. Therefore, we recommend you obtain a Proof of Posting receipt from Royal Mail when returning any item.
- If returning items less than £70 in value, we suggest Recorded Delivery. For items greater than £70, we suggest Special Delivery.
- Either way, we recommend you keep your Proof of Postage until you have received your refund or exchange.
We will do our best to process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. However, please note this may take upto 7 working days.
Please bear in mind the following: -
- Shirts & Blouses - we cannot take these back where the pack has been opened or the internal packaging disturbed, even if they are unworn.
- Socks & Tights - for hygiene reasons, we are unable to take these back if the pack has been opened.
- Swimwear & Leotards - for hygiene reasons, we are unable to take these back under any circumstances.
- Gumshields - for hygiene reasons, we are unable to take these back under any circumstances.
Refund policy exclusions
